Appeal to locate missing Banks man

Have you seen 34 year old Iulian Dionisie missing from the Banks area of West Lancashire?

Iulian is described as being 5ft 6in tall with a tanned complexion. He was last seen wearing black rock style boots, cream jeans and a black top on Saturday 14th July.

Iulian was last seen using the cash machine at the Co-op in Banks around 06:40 am and possibly has a blue bike with him.
