Appeal after £50K Audi stolen from Southport home
A frustrated Southport couple say they have no choice but to move home after their car was stolen and their home burgled.
The Avondale Road North home, bonging to Steven Lannagan and his girlfriend, has been targeted for the second time in as many years and Steve’s £50,000 audi has been taken in what is believed to be a targeted theft.
Merseyside Police are appealing for witnesses but Steve says he fears the car will have already been broken down for parts.
He says: “Sometimes I park my car in different places because it’s a busy road but obviously they’ve watched to see where it belongs.
“The type of car it is, you have to start it in a certain way and if you don’t know what you’re you doing then you can’t.”
