Ainsdale Police Station building listed for sale

The former Ainsdale Police Station building has gone on sale for a reported £200,000 asking price.

The Ainsdale Police station on the Station Road Roundabout has been lying empty for a number of years after becoming surplus to requirements for Merseyside Police.

Now developers are selling the building as a revamped office space with a reported guide price of around £200,000.

Although the building’s agents have said there is possibility that the building could be transformed into a residential property or children’s daycare nursery if the council were happy to grant permission.

Internally, the property is divided offering a mixture of offices, stores, toilets and kitchen facilities with painted plaster walls and carpeting.
