A Southport grandparent, out with young grandchildren, was shocked to witness a man urinating in a passageway in the village.
The grandparent stated: “Plenty of people, including us, saw this dirty man casually walk into the alleyway by Smiths TV shop and start to urinate. He then walked across the road to catch the bus.”
Urinating in public is illegal and may incur a fine.
