Joy rider seen driving this wrecker around Formby Village today, Friday 11 March 2016.
A witness said: “This beaten up Nissan Micra was being driven erratically around formby this afternoon.
“The male driver aged 18-years-old was shouting abuse out of hi window passers by”.
Merseyside police are aware of the incident and now making enquiries.
