Aaron astounds doctors after beating the bike.

A teenager who was told he’d never walk again after a horrific car accident is now back riding a bike!

Heroic Aaron Bishop from Southport was injured when he was hit by a car at the age of 8, but this week, now 16, Aaron has for the first time been able to ride a bike, completely baffling doctors and nurses who said he’d never walk again, let alone cycle.

His mum Caz said: “Aaron is now 16 but at 8 he was ran over in August 2008 and spent 7 months in alder hey 1 month of which on life support.”

“Aaron was told by doctors he will never ride a bike as his brain injury was so savire. He has always kept trying on and off for a year now but could never do it but that never stopped him he tries so hard to keep active but his fatuage gets in the way.

“We thought we would never see him ride a normal bike again and it was heart breaking to watch him keep trying but after 9 years since he was ran over he has done it.

“Me and his dad are so proud of him and he is a real inspiration to us”.

“Aaron dreams of working with animals and at moment volunteers at wildlife animal sanctuary but his dream is to work at Chester zoo. As he loves animal’s”
