A local Business Growth Specialist is bringing 20 years of expertise to Sefton and West Lancs, supporting business owners to become more profitable and to take their business from good to great.
Tim Jones has been awarded Senior Partner status with the World’s #1 Business Coaching firm, ActionCOACH, and is looking forward to replicating the success the global business coaching giant has helped deliver for tens of thousands of businesses over the past 26 years. Tim plans to create 100 millionaires in the next 10 years.
“My mission is to ensure that Sefton based business leaders achieve the goals and objectives they desired when they first started out. We believe that being in business should give you more life; so, to enable Cleints to not only create great organisations with sustained profitable growth, but also to lead incredible lives; lives providing the freedom that business ownership always promises yet rarely delivers. Tim has progressively worked his way up to his position and has experienced the growth challenges that many business owners face. It’s these learning curves, combined with his extensive skillset, that makes Tim ideally placed to work with entrepreneurs.
“After operating at a senior level within a large corporate organisation and subsequently supporting the growth of a UK market leading care business I recognised that business is highly competitive. For the last 22 years, I’ve worked hard and learnt a great deal about business – it then became my passion to partner with entrepreneurs through their business growth.”
Tim wants to impact as many business owners as possible, pledging to work for free with a local charity, a school and a low-investment business each year – giving everyone the opportunity to benefit from his expertise and the ActionCOACH system.

Each month Tim hosts a free to attend “How to Build the Business you Deserve Seminar” event at Bliss Hotel, The Waterfront, Southport where local business leaders and owners have the opportunity to get practical advice to take back to their teams for immediate impact. The next event is on 28 February at 09:00am until 11:00am
