Sefton Council has confirmed the 98 candidates who will stand in next month’s local elections.
Local elections take place on 6 May with voting registration closing on 19 April.
While most candidates had already publicly confirmed their intention to stand, OTS has contacted representatives from the Liberal Democrats for comment over the surprise inclusion of Tony Dawson as an independent.
