I got eight panels and an Eddi. The job was complete in just over 4 hours – and that included explaining everything to me, showing me what apps to download and how to use them. The panels were on the roof and those guys gone in two hours. They even tidied everything they had moved in the back garden including the cat’s bed and the bricks that hold it in place. The guys working inside were equally tidy and cleaned up after themselves. In fact the wiring between the fuse box and metre box was so neatly boxed in I first thought they’d forgotten to do it. Firstly, Jamie was top-class during my experience with them. Could always get him on the phone, or if he missed me he would return my call pronto. From start to finish the information that he gave was to the point and he reassured me of any issues I had. The install crews were top notch, tidy explained everything and set up the apps. However, this is when it goes downhill. I have had an issue with the Eddi and the Zappi. I have rang through to the contact centre to Ken who was ZERO help and hadn’t a clue what he was talking about. After two weeks of trying I finally got through to someone who I could speak with. It was Jamie who rang me back after being off sick for two weeks. No one else contact me. He done a video call and sorted the issue for me which was quite simple actually.

We started the process in June-July 2022 with selecting a company that delivers and installs solar panel. Solar Electric had very competitive prices available and delivering waiting times was around 2-3 months. The panels were installed and connected within the same week. From my initial enquiry to the final installation my experience has been fantastic. I had my first meeting / consultation online with all my questions answered and then details of quote sent for me to think about.
