17 year old boy charged after joyriding a scooter around Hesketh Park

A 17 year old youth has been charged after joyriding a motorbike riding around Hesketh Park last Monday.

He was charged with having no with no insurance, no licence, careless driving and possession of cannabis.

Will appear at youth court.
