16-year-old stabbed twice during Ainsdale attack

Merseyside Police are appealing for witnesses following an attack in Ainsdale last night, Saturday 2 April 2016.

It has been reported that two 16-year-old boys were attacked by three males of similar age, two of them wearing balaclavas. The attack happened between 9pm and 9.30pm along Shore road near to Pontins.

During the attack a 16 year-old was stabbed in the leg and stomach. The  teenager was taken to Southport Hospital, his condition is not know at the present time.

One of the boys that was attacked noticed a dog walker wearing a green coat with an Alsatian dog near by that could have witnessed the incident.
